What is the minimum contract term?

All managed service plans have a 12-month initial term with auto-renewal. A 60-day written notice is required to cancel before renewal.

What is the minimum number of users?

All managed service plans require a minimum of 10 users. Businesses with fewer users can still engage APS for project-based or add-on services.

What does "Sophos MDR" mean?

Sophos Managed Detection & Response is a 24/7 threat hunting and incident response service. Unlike traditional antivirus, MDR actively monitors your environment and responds to threats in real time — not just blocking known malware, but detecting sophisticated attacks.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Upgrades take effect at the start of the following billing cycle.

Do you serve businesses outside Miami?

Our primary service area is Miami-Dade and Broward counties in South Florida. Remote-first support capabilities mean we can often support businesses throughout Florida and beyond for services that don't require on-site work.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard payment terms are Net 30. Monthly invoicing is the default for managed service plans.
